À l'occasion de l'exposition Les Praticiens de l'infernal, Tristan Blumel propose d'explorer ensemble ce à quoi pourrait ressemblait une poésie de l'idiotie, avec ce qu'elle comporte d'absurde et de liberté. Ainsi, nous expérimenterons sur papier et par la voix et le corps, la bêtise à son état le plus poétique, en farce mélliflue et gerbe mouristique, par exemple

Pour sa 4ème édition, collect|mc présente une exposition de groupe.
‘Les Praticiens de l’Infernal’ - titre emprunté à la série hautement acide de bandes dessinées de Pierre La Police, autour de la notion singulière d’idiotie, portée par le critique d’art et écrivain Jean-Yves Jouannais.
Cette position quelque peu déconcertante et plutôt espiègle rend à l’oeuvre d’art une liberté fondamentale: se jouer des codes et fissurer le sérieux souvent trop rigide pour avancer.
L’absurde surprend, parodie, dénonce la norme et permet des narrations hasardeuses
parfois extravagantes ou tout au contraire mutiques.
Cette proposition constitue un espace de résistance à la logique dominante, aux discours trop assurés, aux systèmes clos. L’idiot, au sens jouannaisien, n’est pas celui qui ignore, mais celui qui persiste à regarder de biais,
à ralentir le sens, suspendre l’évidence.

Performance: Tristan Blumel, 'Warm-up to Contemporary Poetry'
To coincide with the exhibition Les praticiens de l'infernal, Tristan Blumel invites us to explore together what a poetry of idiocy might manifest, with all its absurdity and freedom. We will experiment, on paper and through voice and body, with stupidity in its most poetic form, in honeyed farce and Moorish sheaf, for example (Duration: 15 minutes).

For its 4th edition, collect|mc presents a group exhibition.
The Practitioners of the Infernal’ - a title borrowed from Pierre La Police’s highly acerbic comic strip series, centered on the singular notion of idiocy, described by art critic and writer Jean-Yves Jouannais.
This somewhat disconcerting and rather mischievous stance grants the artwork a fundamental freedom: to play with codes and crack the seriousness that is often too rigid to move forward. The absurd surprises, parodies, denounces the norm, and allows for risky narratives that appear sometimes extravagant or, conversely, absolutely mute.
This proposition constitutes a space of resistance to the dominant logic,
to overly confident discourses, to enclosed systems.
